One of the most wonderful things about the Old Market is the sidewalk performers.  On weekends and most any summer evening, you will find a wide range of musicians, balloon artists, caricature artists, jugglers, and occasionally a clown.  You may have walked by without paying a lot of attention or you could have spent some time with your favorite performer.  As you may have figured out, no one is paying the sidewalk performers to perform for you so hopefully you dropped some encouragement into a music case.

If you have spent any time enjoying the sidewalk performances, you may have noticed there is a great deal of talent present there; many of the musicians are actually professionals or have played in a professional role at some time of their life.  Others are not necessarily classified as professionals but have more than enough talent, ability, and desire.  We have decided to showcase some of the best and more serious sidewalk performers both on the web and on CD.  We are currently reviewing the music of the many talents to create the AllAboutOmaha.com™ 2002-2004 Sidewalk Performer's CD.

If you need a musician for a gig, many of the talents presented here have contact information below their photo; some even have websites.  Choose a year to see the photos.
