Kansas City has several blues events, including the main Kansas City Blues and Jazz Festival. Major acts plus local talent show that Kansas City has been an important city to blues since blues inception.

The Kansas City Acoustic Blues Festival is a great excuse to visit Kansas City. It gives acoustic blues artists a chance to show their abilities without being overshadowed by the major recording acts, which are more electrified as a rule.

Since clicking to see if anything has ever been listed can be frustrating if they haven't, I hope to have a table someday that will show if the venue ever lists with Blues Line.
